RETURN POLICY

We recognise that you, the customer, are the most important part of our business, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. We listen and continually improve our process to ensure that you receive the highest level of service, so that your shopping experience is always a pleasant one.

We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy for a full refund. All items purchased must be returned in the same condition they were received in, complete with packaging with no signs of installation or use. Items must be packaged well with a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. 
 
Before shipping back and posting your items, make sure to give us a call or shoot us an email first. And always include a receipt, or order number, to help us locate your purchase faster, and thus issue you a refund faster. We typically process returns and refunds between 1-3 business days, excluding bank holidays. 
 
In the event an item is faulty, let us know and we’ll send you a free label to post back the items. Once we receive the items and verify the fault, we’ll refund you if you’re within the 30 day purchase period, or exchange it for another item.

WARRANTY

All our products come with a warranty, stated under the products description. The warranty initiates from the time you receive your goods. All warranties are handled by PartFect on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor. 
 
When returning items after the 30 day purchase period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. Once we receive the products, and carry out all necessary testing and checks, we will replace the part for you. In the event the item is discontinued or no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund. 
 
The warranty offered does not cover damage to the part caused by improper fitting or removal. If a part is returned to us with damage, it will not be covered under warranty. If in doubt, before you end up spending money on postage, get in touch first and check with us for clarification.

HOW TO ORDER

You can call us or use our website. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. You’ll receive a confirmation email when an order is placed and another one when your goods have been shipped out.  
 
We encourage everyone to use the website, as you’ll be able to see your current order, past orders, and generally have access to our newest pricing and promotions. If you have any questions regarding your account, resetting your passwords, etc, please contact us.  
 
In the event we make a mistake with product pricing, which does happen from time to time, we will not be obliged to supply goods at incorrect pricing. Instead, we’ll reach out to you and ask you if you wish to cancel your order or continue with the correct pricing. 

VAT, TAX, EXPORTING

PartFect is a registered company in England and Wales. We are currently not charging VAT on any orders. If you’re located outside of the UK, you’re responsible for any import tax added by your local customs office. We supply your order with invoices and relevant paperwork to get your items cleared. However, as an official registered company in the UK, we don’t under declare the real value of your goods. We have to refuse any customers request, so kindly don’t ask us to do it.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 4PM. We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and for all UK bank holidays. 
 
All orders placed before 1PM will be shipped same day. Any orders placed after 1PM will go out the following business day.

WHOLESALE BUYING

We offer unparalleled and fair pricing on all of our products for our trade wholesale partners. If you’re interested in a particular product, get in touch and let’s see what we can do for you.

SHIPPING &DELIVERY

All of our products are generally shipped tracked and insured. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, most of the time same day if before our cutoff time of 1PM. 
 
We use Royal Mail for all small products that can fit through a letterbox. t For heavier items, we might ship them through MyHermes, or other couriers.  

If you want to know before placing an order which courier we will use, call or email us first and we will be happy to provide you with the requested information.
